All sales of item(s) are considered sold in “AS IS, WHERE IS”, condition. It’s your responsibility to properly inspect your items prior to purchase. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges allowed.
LARGE ITEM PURCHASES:
Customers that purchase large items must bring additional people to help move and load their large items from the onsite location to their vehicle, We do NOT provide help to move large items!
QUESTIONS:
ALL questions about items including flaws, originality of artwork, quality of jewelry, etc. MUST be asked BEFORE purchasing.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept phone calls about questions on items, as the folks in the office do not know what is at each different sale, whether it’s sold, pricing, sizes etc. We are not able to answer questions about products pricing etc. leading up to the sale start date and time. The best way to get an answer to your question is to come to the sale during sale day hours.
NO OVERLY LARGE BAGS OR PURSES WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE Onsite Sale locations.

Great estate sale inside at a Methodist Church that was converted to a home. It’s full of antique furniture Mid Century, MCM, vintage items, sleeper bed, couches, chairs, clocks, ornate frames lots and lots of clothing in the retail part of the church was a thrift store so all the fixtures and glass showcases will be for sale and antique register lots of lots of vintage clothing and old stock vintage lingerie new with tags
1222 State Rt 23, Wantage Twp., NJ. (navigation might say 1222 route 443, Sussex) the church is not the one in the town of sussex, it is the one going towards colesville right on 23)
