The directions are easy to follow, as the home is located very close to the main road (Ridgeway Rd in Toms River, and the entrance to the community is right across from Emilio's restaurant along Ridgeway.) 🚨AND ALSO, 2) Tomorrow is Saturday 9/13, DAY 2 of this sale, and we are taking an automatic 50% OFF ALL REMAINING ITEMS (please note that the photos have not yet been updated, but feel free to contact us with questions about availability), and beyond that, all reasonable offers will be considered.

And guys, there are some REALLY nice things at this little sale, the best things are deeper inside, so look around carefully, and make your best offers, if you feel the need. The things you see are authentic as indicated, try not to judge by covers, and come out and have some haggling fun! Hope to see you there 😊

This moving sale will be held in the 55+ community of Cedar Glen Homes, entrance and exit both located along Ridgeway Rd (off Rt. 70), featuring some intriguing and unique items.  More pictures will be added, so please check back before the sale starts (this Friday at 9am.)

Directions to the sale:

Take Rt. 70 to Ridgeway Rd, and turn north onto Ridgeway (towards the QuickCheck). Take Ridgeway the entrance of  Cedar Glen Homes and make a right onto Beech St. into the community (you'll see the Cedar Glen sign on your right, and Emilio's Restaurant across the street to your left.) The first street on your right is Walnut St (different name to left).  The house is right there on your left on the corner.

As you walk up to the home, you'll be greeted by a 4-swivel-chair outdoor patio set, complete with square table, weather-seat-covers and umbrella stand), also some pieces from an older set, and all surrounded by adorable concrete garden figures, small & large, and a few resin figures as well. 

When you enter the interior of the home, first into an extended, fully enclosed porch, you'll see an interesting array of both outdoor and indoor items as well, lining the walls, such as an indoor/outdoor standing electric grill. As you move into the living spaces of the home, first room being a family room, you'll see a tall pedestal with statue, sofa table displaying some very interesting finds, a TV on top of a nice entertainment/media console with storage below, a display bookshelf with pull-down bar-unit, filled with various barware and decanters, and a second display bookshelf containing both books and other porcelain, pottery, glass pieces, etc. There is also a narrow corner display shelf, which can fit neatly into any corner of any room.

Next as you move into the kitchen, you'll find  Corningware, Revereware, Hamilton Beach, Descoware dutch oven, Wagner's cast iron, and many more kitchenware treasures to find.) As you walk further on through the home ,you'll begin to discover the various treasures scattered and hidden within. Some of the main highlights of this sale include a tall Spanish-made Lladro figure, a NAO by Lladro figure, a waist length dyed ranch-style mink jacket, and others.

The bedrooms have French/Italian-Provinicial-Style furniture pieces, and there are a few other small pieces of furniture in a similar and complementary style. There is also a a lovely blond-wood jewelry armoire, and a small amount of costume (only) jewelry.  One room contains holiday decorations, including Christmas lights, evergreen swathes, a small decorated lighting tree, a boxed tall Christmas Tree, various holiday wreaths, ornaments and other holiday decorations.
