Inspect all merchandise before purchasing as: All items are sold AS IS; All Sales are Final; No Exchanges; No Returns; No Refunds; Any deposit will not be refunded (may be used toward other merchandise).
All purchases must be picked up by the end of the sale on Sunday.
Bring Help to Remove your Large or Heavy Purchases as there will be NO one to help you.
Bring any wrapping materials needed i.e. paper, bags or boxes. You pack your own merchandise.
NO Large Bags or purses are allowed in the house. Any bag brought in to use for packing after purchase may be checked.
NO Public Bathroom.
Sale is enter at your own risk; Neither the seller nor the buyer is responsible for any accidents or injuries to your person or personal property occurred inside or on the property.
Only 6 people allowed entry at one time.
Supervised Children allowed and count as # people entering.
Do NOT remove price tags; if so the item will not be sold at that time or at a higher price.
Do not block anyones driveway or stand on their lawn.
Sale is not run as 50% off on all merchandise on the last day as other sellers run their sales. There is no rule or regulation that this MUST be done.
