* All sales are final.
* Check-out will occur at end of driveway. Runners may be available to assist with transporting items from the display location to the check-out location.
* Arrangements will need to be made for buyers to pick up large items/furniture after the sale concludes (after 5pm on either day or the following week by appointment) but the purchase of these items must be completed during the hours of the sale. When picking up your items, you must supply all labor and any tools, rope, padding or other equipment you will need. Failure to pick-up a purchased item will not entitle the purchaser to receive a refund.
* We may need to establish a queue for admission if capacity is reached.
* Most items will be displayed in the garage. Some items will be displayed in the interior of the home on the basement level. Wheelchairs may have difficulty accessing certain areas due to limited space between displays of merchandise.
* Family reserves the right to remove any items described or shown in the photographs in the listing from the sale.
* Parking must be confined to the right side of the street (if facing main road). Absolutely no parking in driveway!
* During the sale, staff may not be able to assist in carrying items to the customer's car or loading items as staff members will need to remain on property to conduct the sale.
* $100.00 bills 2014 and prior (no orange/blue stripe) may be refused by the cashier. Any currency suspected as being counterfeit may be refused.
* We will not hold or presell items. Everything is sold on a first come-first serve basis. We will not sell via phone or mail and do not ship, you must come to the sale to purchase.
* We will not provide address or price information in advance.
* We will not sell items that the price tag has been removed from -- peeled tag items will be put out the next day priced.
* No haggling
* Please be mindful of others waiting in line at check out, the objective is to get everyone checked out as quickly as possible.
