Entry Order:
A sign up sheet will be available and placed at the property prior to opening. Entry will be granted in the order of the sign up sheet. You must be present when your name is called.

Bring Help for Large Items

Buyers are responsible for moving purchased furniture and large items SAME DAY. Please bring assistance and appropriate vehicles. Please note that moving blankets are available for use but must be returned to the property once furniture is loaded.

No Large Bags Allowed.
For security purposes, large purses, backpacks, tote bags and oversized shopping bags are not permitted inside the sale. Small personal handbags are acceptable.
