Pink Dog finds HUGE militaria collection in Waldwick

THE SIGN-UP SHEET GOES OUT FRIDAY MORNING, PROMPTLY AT 8 A.M. NO LIST STARTED BY A CUSTOMER WILL BE HONORED! NO ONE GETS IN BEFORE 10 A.M.! NO MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE IN THE HOUSE AT A TIME, SO PLEASE BE PREPARED TO WAIT OUTSIDE FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD. NO ONE ADMITTED WITHOUT A MASK! DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN BAGS!

This family includes six adult children, and now that they are ready to be done with the house, they are also ready to part with many of their own things going back to their childhood.

The star of the show is the militaria collection. With possibly 1000 items from the US, Japan, France and Germany, it includes everything from medals and patches, uniforms and helmets, and other personal items, to tools and equipment used in combat, from as far back as World War I through Vietnam era. Too many items to list here and far more than we had time to photograph. Collectors must not miss out on this sale!

- Record collection includes 78s and LPs, some boxed sets, some rock, some show tunes, quite eclectic and multi-generational.

- Hundreds of books, with a particular focus on military history.

- Sewing items including many vintage patterns, fabric remnants and notions.

- Three sewing machines, to be photographed later.

- Clothing ranging from ordinary everyday clothes to vintage baby clothes and vintage men's and women's hats.

- Complete set of Japanese "Diana" china, as well as many assorted dishes, platters and glassware.

- Many small decorative items.

- Furniture for living room, dining room (table and chairs to be photographed later), bedrooms, assorted pieces, many lamps.
