There will be two separate selling areas. The garage and basement only. Anything purchased in garage should be brought back to your car before entering the basement. Nothing on the first floor of home is part of the sale, although the entrance to basement will be from the rear yard through the kitchen. DO NOT USE THE BASEMENT DOOR ENTRANCE.
There is no help onsite for removal of large items.
Shop at your own risk. Owner of home or "Leave it 2 us 3" are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
