This attractive modern townhome contains furnishings that span the 20th century, as well as fine china, decorative items, chicken-themed collectibles, beautiful handmade mosaic lamps and vases, and a collection of liquor-themed decor and barware. The owner will be living here for a few more weeks, so we must respect her space.

Living room: Dark green leather sectional, black leather Barcalounger recliner, fringed three-light floor lamp, three-piece mirrored wall unit, hand-painted wine glass set, huge set of Rosenthal "Aida" china, complete set of Mikasa "Richelieu" china, a few Hummels and many small decorative items.

Garage: Golf clubs, tools, neon sign personalized "Tara," set of blue and rose floral dishes, Pathfinder Titan bicycle, more to come as owner continues to sort and pack.

Basement: Kitchenette for four, banker's desk, file cabinet, Castro convertible sofa bed in neutral brown color, matching formica desk and hutch, collection of liquor-themed decor, collection of liquor-themed barware, assorted beautiful tea sets, wicker curio shelf packed with a collection of monkey figurines, pair of wicker chairs, humidor, full-size Frigidaire freezer, mini-fridge, much more.

Master bedroom: Mid-century king-size bed, armoire, dresser with pair of coordinating mirrors, wicker sofa.

Loft: wicker and metal coffee table, brass and glass end table (there is a matching coffee table to be brought out of storage), pair of cubby cabinets, Nordstrom armoire, small fitness items, books, decorative items, amazing mosaic lamp

Second bedroom: Another fabulous handmade mosaic lamp, pair of twin beds, modern white desk, matching hutch and armoire, computer desk, possibly some toys and stuffed animals.

Hallways: Artwork, a marble pedestal, handmade mosaic vase, etc.

More may be added as the homeowner continues sorting and packing.
