All purchases must be picked up by the end of the sale on Saturday.
Cash preferred. Credit Cards accepted with a 5% additional charge.
Bring Help to Remove your Large or Heavy Purchases as there will be no one to help you.
Bring any wrapping materials needed i.e. paper, bags or boxes.
No Large Bags Allowed in the house. Any bag brought in to use for packing after purchase may be checked.
NO Public Bathroom.
Sale is enter at your own risk; Neither the seller nor the buyer is responsible for any accidents or injuries to your person or personal property occurred inside or on the property.
Only 7 people allowed entry at one time.
Supervised Children allowed.
Do NOT remove price tags; if so the item will not be sold at that time or at a higher price.

We are still working in the house. Because of all of the inquiries we are sorry that we are unable to give out any prices before the sale starts on Friday. It is not our policy to give out prices before the sale starts; however due to the parking situation if we are able to do so we will let you know the asking price. If it discourages you from coming so be it!
