No prior sale, cash only, not responsible for accidents. Please observe parking regulations, as there is a fire hydrant in front of the house, and do not park in driveways, as they are shared. Older home with narrow stairway to basement and steep stairway to basement, so plan your footwear accordingly. Children accompanied by adult will be permitted only on the main floor, not in the basement or the game floor. Two family home-we will be selling from both portions. Numbers will go out at 4PM on Thursday.
