PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING
1) We do not quote sale prices through email or over the phone prior to the sales. We do not pre-sell any items unless otherwise noted.
2) Holding of items to decide if you want to purchase them is not allowed. You have taken them out of the sale and could prevent another shopper from purchasing the item if you decide not to buy.
3) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items are SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS.
4)We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.
5) Prices are not negotiable on the first day of a sale, but discounts may possibly occur over the course of the sale, after the first day.
6) Buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased by two hours before closing on the last day of the sale unless a prior arrangement has been made. Please bring your own help as our employees do not help to load large items.
7) Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
8) Doors will open at the published sale start time and not before.
9) If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, please place the item back where you got it. If not, please give it to an employee and ask them to put the item back where it belongs.
10) If you break or damage an item, you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
11) Please do not bring food or drinks into the house and do not leave your trash anywhere on the homeowner's property.
12) We do not honor any written sign-up lists.
13) To help control shopping traffic inside the home, we may provide numbers that our staff will bring on the day of the sale.
14) If you wish to purchase an item and will be returning later to take your item with you, one of our associates will place a Blue Moon sold sticker on your item.

Since this home has so many treasures, we are adding a day for a limited number of shoppers who want to visit our Willingboro Mid Century Modern & So Much More Sale one day early!!

- $100/per person fee payable by Venmo only to schedule your one-hour shopping appointment and will be credited back to you at checkout.
- A minimum of $100 must be spent; no refunds for purchases under $100.
- Address to the home will be provided when the appointment is scheduled.
- Only VIP shoppers with appointments will be allowed into the sale. No other shoppers will be allowed to enter.

*****The interior of the home is EXTREMELY small & tight so we will be limiting the number of shoppers to 6-8 shoppers at a time. We ask that you please be courteous and patient with each other as you may have to wait your turn to enter the home. We ask that you please dress accordingly depending on the weather forecast for the days of the sale. You may be waiting outside for a period of time and we want you to stay warm & dry.
*****Shoppers be sure to bring along your shopping bag and/or boxes to carry all your new treasures home with you. ALL Bags/boxes MUST remain by the register.
*****No food or drinks of any kind are allowed inside the home.
*****You must bring your own help to remove furniture or large items from the home. Estate sale employees will not be able to help move any items.
*****No parking is allowed on the driveway unless you are removing furniture or large items from the home. Please be courteous when parking on the street and do not block anyone's driveway.
