Richmond Sale

The boss is out of town, so the original Treasures of Zeus team is getting “the band

back together” for a great estate sale at a Mid-Century Modern home in the Nob

Hill area. Rumor has it that Ham the Astro-Chimp had a room in this home at some

point in his life.

Notes:

1) Owner is in residents and there are security cameras/alarm system, so no

early “shoppers”.

2) Some of the larger items are listed on Facebook and Craigslist for presale.

Featured Items – A 1970’s Felipe Dlefinger’s Feder Mexico Brutalist Glass

Pendant light, a MCM/BoHo décor woven rattan swag lamp, a Lane smoked glass

end table, a vintage IKEA “Kalackbo” lounge chair, a pair of Haworth Tactics

modular round tables, a collection of approximately 400 CDs many of which are

collectors’ additions (Elvis, Bing Crosby, Monkeys’ Cher, etc.), as well as some

very unique books, a concrete Buddha, a collection of garden gnomes, wooden

garden benches, Squier electric guitars, and much more.

Furniture – In addition to the unique items listed above, we have a 7-piece

sectional sofa, a Benson Natural Bundle Console table with matching coffee table,

a collection of painted furniture (round dining table, rectangular dining table, TV

stand, coffee table, mirror, etc.), a number of bookcases, shelving units, end

tables, seated massage chair, etc.

Decorative – Antique/vintage photograph collection, glass/ceramic decorative

items, paintings and prints, etc.

Clothing/Linens – Men’s clothes and shoes, a collection of unique curtains and

fabrics, costumes still in the original bags, sheet sets, bed spreads, blankets,

throws, pillows, backpacks, hand/tote bags, luggage, etc.

Electronics/Media – In addition to the noted electric guitars; there are an

assortment of stereo speakers, a Yamaha receiver, a number of computer

monitors, a Wii Console, a USB/MIDI keyboard controller, keyboards, printer, paper

shredder, small ice boxes, a number of “smart” TVs with wall or shelf mounts, fans,

heaters, lights, etc. In addition to the ~400 CDs, also have DVDs, Vinyl, and VHS.

Kitchen – ​A collection of appliances including Bella griddle, Ninja toaster oven,

small microwave, Cuisinart toaster and ice cream maker, George Forman table top

grill, Beeville table top pizza over, salad maker, bread maker, grill cheese makers,

blender, can opener, crockpot, meat slicer, coffee/spice grinders, pots and skillets,

2 sets of dishes, drinking/wine glasses, coffee cups, an IKEA serving tray, glass

and plastic storage container, cutting boards, utensils, iron and ironing board, etc.

Garage Items – ​Power tools (sanders, drills, lights, stapler, jig saw, etc.) by Dewalt

and Ryobi, Dermal rotary tools, large assortment of hand tools (screwdrivers,

hammers, saws, pliers, files, Allen wrenches, utility knives, tape measures, levels,

etc.), commercial ShopVac, tool boxes, painting tools, hedge and weed trimmer,

dust blower, assortment of nails, screws, and other hardware, lumber, floor tile,

bike rack, assortment of storage cabinets and bins, etc. We also have a

commercial grade stair master and inversion table with built in massage/heat, as

well as an assortment of dog crates, leashes, water bowls, grooming tools, vehicle

access ramp, vacuum cleaners and floor scrubbers, a wide assortment of

house/yard/shop chemicals and supplies, etc.

Yard Items – Large assortment of ceramic and plastic pots, bird bath,”Shepherd”

hooks, bird feeders, plant stands, animal water throughs, patio set, propane and

electric grills, smoker, water barrels, etc.

NOTES:

1) PLEASE do not block the neighbors’ driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants or

intersections.

2) The buyer is responsible for removing all purchased items.

3) We are not movers, so please bring help to move and load large and/or heavy

items.

4) Cash, credit and debit cards are accepted. We do not charge a fee for cards.

5) We understand your excitement for some items; however, we will not respond to

inquiries about specific items and pricing prior to the sale.

6) Please note, the family reserves the right to remove items prior to a sale and up

to the morning of the sale without notice and as notice we are trying to presale

some of the larger items. We will do our best to update pictures, but it may not

always happen.

7) Jewelry and other valuables are not stored on-site.
