*NUMBERS will be given out at 9:00 am Friday (or when we arrive) for entry by number at 10:00. Numbers are never required, but those with a number will enter first. Admission may be limited! Numbers will be given out for each day of this large sale. NO BAGS/BOXES/PETS/UNATTENDED CHILDREN (THEY BREAK IT, YOU BUY IT) WILL BE ALLOWED AT THIS SALE. PLEASE LEAVE YOUR PETS AT HOME, WE CAN'T HOLD THEM FOR YOU!!!

*PAYMENT: CASH IS ALWAYS PREFERRED, but we accept all credit cards with a 3% fee: VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. No credit cards for purchases less than $25 please.

* PRICES are firm on Friday. A 25% discount will be offered on Saturday, 50% on Sunday. No additional discounts will be given! We are happy to provide additional information on specific items, just send an email or text with your question/s. We'll do our best to respond when possible! PLEASE READ all terms and conditions prior to contact for answers to many of your questions.

* MOVING/LOADING WE CANNOT MOVE/LOAD YOUR PURCHASES!! Please bring help to load and move, or ask us for the names of movers for hire.

*SHIPMENT: We will sell and ship to out of town buyers, but not before the sale opens. We are open to offers on Saturday and Sunday. Once purchase/s is confirmed your item/s will be delivered to The UPS Store here in Santa Fe (or you may pick it up here in Santa Fe by appointment). The UPS Store will proactively contact you to arrange packing, shipping and insurance. IT WILL TAKE A FEW DAYS! They offer UPS, and USPS for most parcels. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all fees associated

Description & Details

The Albuquerque estate of an avid collector, this home is filled with original Southwest paintings, sculptures, jewelry, kachinas and pottery purchased over more than 50 years.  There are many dozens of pieces in every category from some of the top artists of New Mexico and Arizona, as well as folk art, art glass, MCM furnishings, garden art, and fun collectibles.

Artists are listed below, but please click through the photos for complete details: artist name, medium (O/C = oil on canvas, O/B = oil on board, W/C = watercolor, etc), size, date/provenance if available, and any known condition issue/s. All pieces appear to be in excellent estate condition unless otherwise noted, but no warranty is made.  All items are sold as is.

Prices are FIRM on Thursday and Friday. Price reductions will be 25% on Saturday, and 50% on Sunday.  High value items may be withdrawn prior to price reductions. Please read Terms & Conditions above for additional details.

We are always happy to sell to non-local buyers, but DO NOT PRESELL. Please text or email with items of interest, after reading the Terms & Conditions under Shipment.  We reserve the right to request a Cashier's Check or bank transfer for purchases. Sales/shipments within the US only.

No bags/boxes/pets/large handbags/backpacks will be allowed entry at this sale, please leave them in your vehicle (or pets at home!). Entry will be limited, and entry will be by number. Security cameras will be in use, and receipts will be checked at exit, so please hold on to them!

ALL JEWELRY WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE HOME EACH EVENING.
