By registering to bid in this auction, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Information
This is an online-only auction conducted through HiBid.

All items are located in Albuquerque, NM, 87122. The address will be provided to winning bidders at auction close.

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.

2. Bidding
All bidding will take place online.

A valid credit card is required to register and bid.

The auction will use a soft close format, meaning if a bid is placed within the final minutes of closing, the time will be extended on that lot.

Auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove lots at any time.

3. Buyer’s Premium
A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all winning bids.

4. Payment
Invoices must be paid in full before items are released.

5. Item Condition
All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties or guarantees.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photos, but no assumptions should be made about condition, completeness, or authenticity.

6. Pickup & Removal
Items must be picked up on:

Monday, February 2nd from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Winning bidders must bring help, tools, and proper vehicles for loading. Staff may not be available to assist.

Any items not picked up during the scheduled window will be considered abandoned and may be resold or disposed of at the auctioneer’s discretion, with no refund.

7. Shipping
No shipping is available for this auction unless explicitly arranged in advance.

Buyer is responsible for arranging all shipping and packaging, if applicable.

8. Liability
Bidders enter the premises at their own risk.

The auction company and property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage.

9. Disputes
The auctioneer's decisions are final.

In the event of a dispute between bidders, the auctioneer reserves the right to determine the winning bidder or to re-offer the item.

By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges full understanding and acceptance of these terms.
