The best selection is always on Thursday, but if you’re looking for incredible bargains, you won’t want to miss our 50% off final day. If the price is right, it’s yours!

Please bring help if purchasing large furniture or heavy items, as our staff may not always be available to assist with loading. All sales are final, and all items are sold as-is. We accept cash and all major credit cards.

Parking Information: This sale is located at the apartment at the very end of the complex. Parking is preferred along Tramway Lane Ct. Please do not block residents’ driveways or parking areas, and be sure to leave enough room for everyone to enter and exit safely. We appreciate you driving slowly, using caution, and being courteous to our neighbors.
