No early birds. Prices are firm. Large furniture items will have scheduled pick-up. Limited entry. Masks required.
Cash, check, and credit cards accepted.
1. Please do not come to the estate sale if you are sick.
2. Please come prepared with your choice of preventive equipment such as masks, sanitizer, tissues, etc. *Masks: Required.
3. Please maintain a distance of at least six feet from staff and other customers.
4. Please do not arrive at the estate sale site early. Please wait in your car if you need to. Because of limited number of people allowed in the house atone time we ask you to be courteous of the amount of time shopping
5. Please give yourself extra time in the event it is necessary for us to ask you to wait to collect certain items in order to avoid coming too close to other customers.
