This beautiful home is loaded with beautiful things. Dr Wilson's wife Jane Wilson was a well known, quilter and artist, selling her quilts and wall hangings all over the country. They are truly beautiful, and would make beautiful Christmas gifts. Perfect timing for this sale for those! 

When Dr Wilson retired he took up photography as a hobby and soon discovered he had a hidden talent! His art is amazing, we were kind of floored when we saw it, it really looks professional. 

There is also a really nice coin collection. 4 complete books of different type of state quarters and 2 awesome books of all the $1.00 presidents coins and history of each. Even vintage coin collecting books. They are very cool.

He also had a pretty big collection of Chicago Cubs Baseball collectibles, including 3 signed balls and a signed ball & bat by Ernie Banks . There are also assorted collectible hockey pucks, old pennants too.

There is also a beautiful large round Southwest Stain Glass Cactus scene, a Samsung 55 in Tv with the wall hanging attachment. 

Out in the shed there are garden tools, and a big troy built rototiller, a really big mulcher, a log splitter, something new for me,  a push lawnmower, and a couple other machines and garden things including garden tools, sprinklers, etc.

Stuart and Jane had beautiful furniture in mint condition, there is a really beautiful desk in the back office (very nice) and a  entertainment armoire. a vintage 8 chair dining table with leaf's, bookcases, smaller desks, end tables, night stands a super nice king size bed and also a queen size bed (quilts do not go with them).Lots of pieces of beautiful Ethan Allen Furniture, all their furniture is marked.

There is LOTS of super nice kitchen things including a turquoise microwave! New condition. Many of the item in the garage, house, shed etc all have the original instruction books that go with them. They kept their things in great condition, 

Also in the kitchen is LOTS of Fiesta Ware. There is an actual 3 piece nesting mixing bowl set, in what I think is call "radioactive" red even being orange. I have never seen a whole set before, there are also bowls, plates, cups, platters etc. Super nice collection, and not the new stuff, these are all retired pieces. 

Dr Wilson has collected many maps of San Juan County dating back to the 50s (in office & garage) , lots of other vintage maps too, 

There are lots of native & vintage things from Alaska, LOTS of beautiful books, including some dating back to 1838. I don't usually highlight books , but these are exceptionally nice, if you collect, resell, or just read! 

There are quite a few live house plants too, in beautiful bright pots .

In addition to Dr Wilsons beautiful photography there is LOTS of other signed art by various artists.

Did I mention the BIG NAVAJO RUG? It is very old. I was told they have had that rug for 40 + years and it was old than. 

There are other beautiful assorted Mexican rugs in perfect condition. One they paid $600.00 for in Taos, it is still marked

In the garage there is a great assortment of really nice tools, when setting up my husband was so impressed how well and complete they all are, There is also a really nice drafting or craft table. Outside along the garage there are more yard things and 2 really nice high end bikes. One ladies Diamond Back, and a Thule mens?  They have the helmets and the bike locks with them. There is a super nice metal potting table, a couple pull carts, some lawn chairs 3 or 4 really NICE ladders, a weber BBQ grill, hoses etc.

There is a lot of really super nice, not your average run of the mill things in this beautiful house. Don't miss this one!
