This is a VERY special sale, one that we are so proud to be chosen to do!

I'm pretty sure there will be large crowds so just a few things before I go into details of sale. We want this to be a great experience for you as well as us!

Please pick up things the day of your purchase we CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any items left to pick up another day. Bring a suitable vehicle to take large things with you.

Everything is 50% off original prices or prices marked.

We will be giving out shopping bags for free, for you to carry multiple things to the hold table at once, not one at a time.

My staff will be more than willing to help, but they cannot carry to hold table this sale. As you all know they are always happy to help you in any other way.

I do not have enough guys to help load everyone's things. PLEASE, bring someone that can carry heavier things ex: Bags of fertilizer, buckets of things, large shrubs, trees, racks, ect.

There are some very tall trees out there, a 20 foot tree will NOT fit in a trunk no matter how hard you try! Please bring a suitable vehicle for the things you purchase.

Nursery stock must be taken day of purchase, no exceptions.

This is a very special sale, for us as well as we hope you too. There will be LARGE crowds. Please have patience with other shoppers and us, There will be lines to get in and at the cashier, If you have handicaps, like I do, maybe bring a camp chair, or something so your not standing for long periods of time.

Welcome to Willie & Debbies retirement sale!

Many if not most of you have visited Ku-tips many times over the last 54 years, so you pretty much know the amazing things in this store.

There is probably more Dept 56 in this store than in all of San Juan County! Dept 56 is the top of the line Christmas!

There is Christmas villages, trees, people, all the accessories you can possibly imagine.

Not just Christmas Dept 56 either, there is a huge selection of Halloween, even some Easter!

Wow! if you are Harry Potter Fan there is an AMAZING selection of Harry Potter, I can't remember ANYPLACE else, that I have seen that has Harry Potter at all, let alone such a large assortment!

There is a BIG selection of highly collectible Jim Shore. His Angels are amazing!

There is also a great section of Willow Tree! Pieces I have never seen brand NEW in boxes too!

An ANTIQUE Sleigh that was Willies Aunt, it is Very cool! Also some beautiful antique furniture pieces as well as a gorgeous antique showcase.

Great selection of Fontanini made in Italy Christmas pieces, but they are beautiful! Their Nativity's are very traditional, ornate, and beautiful!

Christmas Ornaments GALORE! Think Mother's Day Christmas!

The store is full of Vintage GANZ collectibles! Make sure to keep an eye out.

There are also quite a few Kachinas. These were Willies private collection, they are older and unique,

Lots and lots of Windchimes (some new in boxes) also Wind spinners, also some brand new in boxes, not to mention the statues, the metal art. the beautiful planters from Mexico. So much more yard art too!

There are tons of trees and shrubs, a few really unusual ones too.

There are chemicals, fertilizer a gazillion of those black trays, large black pots, small black pots, great things for nursery's or those with greenhouses.

Racks for nursery's or for your garage, hoses, yard tools, you name it.

We have office stuff in the office, there are even tools and a couple tool boxes!

I could go on and on but I wont ( thank goodness lol)
