When you step into the back yard of this house you think you are in a beautiful park with the flowers and trees and bright green grass.

The things inside this house are just as amazing as the outside. This is a 3 bedroom house, the large back patio, the back shed and a garage and EVERY room is packed with goodies!

There is  lots of really nice furniture in great condition.  3 couches, 1 super soft leather, 1 beautiful Victorian, and 1 family type couch with pillows ALL in great condition. There are also vintage chairs, a antique (but sturdy) rocking chair with an embroidered set, a set of Embrodered seat wood folding chairs, first time I have seen chairs like that, Lots of occasional tables, end tables, night stands 2 beds, 1 is awesome, it is antique Cast headboard and foot board that is gold color, there is also an armoire dresser, a SUPER nice tall mirror and dresser, a roll top desk, a BEAUTIFUL antique dresser , another antique dresser, a couple sofa tables, a super nice china hutch, and a round table with 4 chairs. In the kitchen there is a rolling butcher block cart. There is also a treadle sewing machine table, and an antique tea cart with big wheels and a removable tray for serving. 

LOTS of  Antique books. A set of Louis L'Amour leather bound books, vintage books too, LOTS..if you collect books you will love this sale.

There is some beautiful china. It;s not your run of the mill china it got beautiful large yellow flowers! There is a super nice matching set from Portugal also. LOTS of great glassware, TONS of kitchen, so much so we had to put a row of tables (not 1 table,, a ROW) in the garage for all the pots, pans and small appliances. There is also MULTIPLE pieces of super nice unusual (and usual) cast iron pots, even a 3 legged one with a COVER!

Did I mention there is an ANTIQUE SAFE! There is a really beautiful picture on the inside of the door, and YES we do have the combination!! This will need guys to help us carry, and it won't fit in the trunk of your car ;)

There is also a chest freezer in EXCELLENT working condition. We also have to garden storage cabinets in the garage as well with electronics, and games, puzzels and lots of other nice things. 

The bathroom is PACKED (see pictures) with stuff, as are the bedrooms with LOTS of linens, towels Etc,

VINTAGE LADIES CLOTHES everywhere! Great condition, shoes, a lot of vintage purses, jackets , belts, hats,  Also really nice vintage Costume jewelry! Really nice bottles of vintage pefumes too, those are really collectible nowadays.

There is also great art for you art collectors. There is a big G Harvey print signed with COA, plus many other great pieces of art, some originals too. There are very old antique photos too, unframed, some nice Norman Rockwell prints, and my favorite, an AMAZING piece of art crochet with HUMAN HAIR. Back in the day that was a super high end piece!

lots of great Christmas too in the garage with some tools and lots of other things.

Now to the back patio. Just sitting out there makes you think your on vacation, it's that relaxing. There is a yard swing, a wrought iron table and chairs LOT of FISHING, Fishing poles, tackle boxes. Lots of tools on the patio (so much we couldn't stage them in the shed)  with outdoor lamps coleman things, camping, yard tools, ect. ANTIQUE BABY CLOTHES too! Just truly to much to list, but everything is this lovely home was well taken care of and well loved. It is a truly lovely estate! Don't miss this one!
