Welcome to another Four Corners Estate Sale!

I am going to start out by saying, The homes on the Golf Course are all on private property. They have rules and STRICKLY ENFORCE them.

There have been issues with other estate sales being done in there recently, to the point they are on the verge of not allowing any sales in there anymore.

We all love the houses in the golf course, lots of beautiful homes and items, SO..I'm asking EVERYONE that attends PLEASE, do not speed, do not block driveways, if you can carpool so not so many cars, please do so. I do not want the golf course to ban all estate sales, so PLEASE respect this beautiful community, and other peoples property's. Thank you

This estate has so many beautiful things it's hard to know where to start! There is truly something for everyone!

The first thing that caught my eye when we visited the house for the first time was the beautiful furniture, in mint condition, and they are antiques!

If your home decor leans toward beautiful older furniture this sale is for you. But, it's not all antiques, there is a really nice couch and matching love seat, and 2 beautiful chairs with foot stools that are upholstered in suede! We have 3 awesome BIG trunks, cedar lined, lots and lots of small occasional tables, a very nice sewing cabinet full of thread, also a smaller one that would sit next to your comfy sewing chair, in the living room, there is a super comfy chair, also in excellent condition. We also have an entertainment center that I broke into 3 pieces so the china hutches on the ends can be sold separate from the middle section so you don't have to buy the whole thing. In the area that I guess would be classified as the hall, is..a hall tree, that we have canes and umbrellas in, but hats would work great to, it's VERY nice, there is also, I want to say sideboard, but it's not really that, beautiful, and you guys can all fill me in on how I should describe it! lol

In the dining room is a beautiful tall secretary/china hutch, and a curved glass china closet, there are dressers in the sewing room, dressers in the back bedrooms and a gorgeous dresser/vanity. There are 2 twin beds newer mattresses, headboards and foot boards included. In the master there is I think a queen size motion bed . We have numerous Layers stacking bookcases all different sizes, a few coffee tables, modern to antique (pictures are worth a 1000 words as they say) there is also a beautiful desk, a full size mirror on stand and what we arent sure if it is a small antiques love seat, or a childs love seat it's AWESOME though, we all love it.

I haven't even mentioned the smalls yet and boy they are awesome! Uranium glass, carnival glass, Red Thumb glass, lots of CRUSTAL, LOTS of the vintage HULL, And I know..dish sets aren't a hot item any longer, but these are awesome, there are 3 or 4 and they are high end and beautiful. Some of the light color ones would look outstanding in a dark colored china hutch, they would really pop! So even if you don't use them much, they display so nice! There are are super nice pictures many original art and signed. There are 4 TVs various sizes, other wall art, LOTS of shadowbox smalls , Beautiful beautiful vintage and antique doilies some hand sewn, the trunks were full of them.

The kitchen is chocked full of very nice pots and pans, small appliances, pyrex, a red kitchen aid mixer with lots of attachments. lots of vintage and antique pitchers, and a HUGE crock pot on a base with a lid! Just to much to list!

Out on the patio we have a super nice metal table and 4 rolling cushy upholstered chairs, a lounge and and a super nice grill (we grill year round)

The yard art is super nice and unusual.

On to the garage! There is so many diversified things , I will for sure not remember them all.

There are hunting things, we actually have FOUR muzzel loader Rifles in excellent condition, we have LOTS of knives, Lots of camping, Lots of tools, big and small.

There are shelves, closets, a full size refrigerator and a Freezer too!

For you crafters there is a LOOM! How cool is that! We have lots of shelves, but if you buy them you might have to want until Sun to pick them up if they are full.

We have LOTS of survival food, and a processor for meat, and a first for me. Canning jars in holders! (also without holders) Tis the season for canning!

There is so much in the garage and house I am sure I forgot really great things, best to come and look for yourself! Do NOT miss this one!
