Deidra (Dee) Romero is from pueblo of Acoma. I paint and etch ceramic pottery. My late mother Ann Romero, taught me, and I have been doing this for 30 years. The designs I put on my pottery have significant meanings. Some of the designs mean the lines represent rain, black represents dark clouds and red represents the sun. The pottery itself represents the earth.

Dave Newman has been a working artist for more than thirty years. I have been influenced by many things but perhaps none more than our move from Arizona to New Mexico in late 2020. The rich history of artists finding this place and capturing the culture and beauty is inspiring as well as daunting. I want people to draw their own conclusions when looking at my work. I want them to look and then look again because there is always something else to see.

William O'Brien is a digital artist and photographer based in Placitas NM. He’s a graduate of the American Academy of Art. His unique painterly and surrealist style makes for transcendent & environments & characters that are uniquely ethereal and timeless.

Angel Escobar is a retired police officer who has had a passion for art since his teens. Since the move to New Mexico and his retirement, Angel has began creating one of a kind lamps that are inspired by the beauty of the vibrant colors of the sunrises and sunsets. His lamps are created using organic materials and hand marbled paper.

Lisa Johnsen has been making handcrafted soaps for 18+ years. All of my soaps are handmade in small batches, formulated with premium, food-grade, skin-loving ingredients – drawing inspiration from the captivating southwest.

Donna Newman has been interested in jewelry since she was a child. My Mom let me play with her costume pieces and my Grandmother worked at the Grand Canyon and wore Native American jewelry. We owned a gallery for 18 years and represented many silversmiths and designers. Since selling the gallery a few years ago, it allowed me to make my own beaded necklaces, earrings and bracelets. I use natural stones, faceted semi-precious stones and sterling silver.

Cherie Martin Irwin is a mixed media and mosaic artist and current Interdisciplinary Arts undergrad at University of New Mexico. She uses fiber, repurposed furniture, and mosaic materials to make useful and fun items full of whimsy and color.
