PARKING : Follow the dark blue and white Estate Sale signs to this beautiful home. Please park on Bishops Lodge Road and walk up the short driveway. No strollers, backpacks, or unattended children will be allowed. Numbers will be given out ONCE ONLY at 8:30,
PAYMENT: Cash and all major credit cards are accepted. All prices are firm until price reductions begin at 11:00 on Saturday.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
LOADING/MOVING : We cannot help move/load your furniture purchases, but are happy to provide contact information for local movers. All items purchased must be removed from the home by 2:00 on Saturday.
NO FIREARMS are allowed at our sales.
This beautiful home just off Bishops Lodge Road a short drive from Paseo de Peralta is furnished with contemporary furniture and beautiful antiques, rugs, lamps, original art, accessories, patio furniture, kitchen items, and a Baldwin baby grand piano.
We also have jewelry, kachinas, a cross collection, and an incredible antique St Francis figure.
Everything is top quality and in excellent condition.
