Auction Terms & Conditions
1. Registration and Approval
All bidders must register with and be approved by LiveAuctioneers in order to participate in this auction. Estate Sales with Grace reserves the right to refuse or revoke bidding privileges at its sole discretion.
2. Buyer?s Premium
A buyer?s premium of 5% of the final hammer price, plus a 3.99% credit card processing fee, will be added to the purchase price of each lot and paid by the buyer as part of the total purchase price.
3. Reserve
Some lots may carry a reserve. A reserve is the confidential minimum price below which the lot will not be sold.
4. As-Is Condition
All property is sold ?AS IS, WHERE IS.? Neither Estate Sales with Grace nor the consignor makes any warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the property, including but not limited to authenticity, attribution, provenance, age, origin, condition, or completeness. All descriptions are provided as a courtesy and are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed.
5. Inspection
Prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect all lots prior to bidding. By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges that they have either inspected the property or waived the opportunity to do so.
6. Bidding and Auctioneer Authority
The auctioneer has sole discretion to determine the successful bidder, to advance the bidding, to reject any bid, to withdraw any lot, or to reoffer any lot in the event of a dispute between bidders.
7. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued shortly after the conclusion of the auction. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Estate Sales with Grace reserves the right to charge the credit card on file with LiveAuctioneers for the total amount due.

8. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases unless the buyer provides a valid tax exemption certificate prior to payment.
9. Shipping and Handling
Shipping costs will be as indicated in the auction listing or invoice. Buyers are responsible for all shipping, handling, insurance, taxes, duties, and related fees.
Estate Sales with Grace may, at the buyer?s request and at its discretion, assist in arranging packing and shipping. All packing and shipping are performed at the buyer?s risk, and Estate Sales with Grace assumes no responsibility for loss or damage once the item has been released to the carrier.
10. Local Pickup
Items must be removed from the designated pickup location within four (4) business days of the auction. Pickup instructions will be provided on the invoice.
11. Storage and Abandoned Property
Items not removed within the designated pickup period may, at the sole discretion of Estate Sales with Grace:
? be transferred to a storage facility at the buyer?s expense, or
? be deemed abandoned.
Abandoned property may be resold without reserve. The original purchaser will remain responsible for any deficiency, storage fees, and related costs.
12. Buyer Default
If the purchaser fails to make payment in full or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions, Estate Sales with Grace may exercise any remedy available under law, including but not limited to:
? canceling the sale
? retaining any payments made as liquidated damages
? reselling the property without reserve
? holding the purchaser liable for any deficiency and all associated costs
13. Permits and Compliance
Buyers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, permits, and licensing requirements. Failure to obtain necessary permits does not constitute grounds for cancellation of the sale.
14. Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect information provided by the buyer or failure to accept delivery, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping costs and any associated fees or taxes.
15. All Sales Final
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be permitted.
16. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and participating in the auction, bidders acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
