Join us this FRIDAY ONLY from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM for a special ONE-DAY-ONLY estate sale featuring a true in-town gem.

This home has been sold, and the owner is transitioning to a retirement community. He and his lovely wife, both PhDs in Geology and Chemistry/Research, spent years collecting remarkable treasures from around the world — and many of these unique pieces will be available at this sale.

Please note this is an ONE-DAY-ONLY estate sale with extended hours due to the home’s proximity to the Railyard and Saturday Farmers Market activities.

Parking on Manhattan Avenue is limited. We encourage shoppers to use the Public Parking Lot and exit through the south end near the theater. Once you exit the parking lot, Manhattan Avenue will be easy to find by following the walking path and our posted signage.

Entry Information:

This is a ONE-DAY sale. Entry numbers will be distributed 60, 30, and 15 minutes prior to opening. We encourage early arrival to secure a place in line. After receiving a number, guests are welcome to wait in their vehicles or visit a nearby café until doors open at 9:00 a.m. Entry will proceed in numerical order.

Please be respectful of neighbors and fellow shoppers. All purchases must be removed by Friday at 4:00 p.m. Buyers are responsible for arranging transportation for large items. The Estate Sales with Grace team is happy to assist with smaller purchases but cannot move large furniture pieces.
