This is a 2 Day Sale: Friday and Saturday. There will be price reductions starting approximately midday on Saturday. Because there is VERY limited parking and no turnarounds, we will NOT be giving out numbers on Friday. Please plan to park at Acequia Madre Elementary School and walk one block to this sale.
PARKING : Follow the dark blue and white Estate Sale signs to this sale near Acequia Madre, Garcia St and Canyon Rd. Park at Acequia Madre Elementary School and walk one block to the sale. This sale is NOT APPROPRIATE FOR CHILDREN, and no dogs, strollers or backpacks will be allowed.
PAYMENT: Cash and all major credit cards are accepted. All prices are firm, but feel free to make a reasonable offer on items more than $100, or return Saturday afternoon for price reductions.
QUESTIONS: While we would love to answer ALL your questions prior to the sale, this is not always possible. If you don't hear back from us, we are tied up in preparations for the sale and are unable to respond!

LOADING/MOVING : We cannot help move/load your furniture purchases, but are happy to provide contact information for local movers. All items purchased must be removed from the home by 1:45 on Saturday.
