*SHIPMENT: While we do not presell before sale dates, we are happy to ship to out of town buyers! Once we have received your payment your purchase
will be delivered to the UPS Store here in Santa Fe. The UPS Store will proactively contact you to arrange packing, shipping and insurance. They offer UPS,
and USPS for most parcels. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all fees associated with shipping, packing, and insurance. For shipping questions please

As with other recent sales, staff and buyers will be required to wear masks and use hand sanitizer before entering the sale. On Friday we will be making appointments (please email susanreutern@gmail.com). Numbers of people in the home will be limited, and we ask that you maintain 6 feet of distance while queuing, shopping and checking out. No children and/or pets will be allowed in the home. This lovely home is filled with original art and quality furnishings - lots of Art Deco pieces, leather sofa and chairs, tables, rugs, lamps and accessories, plus a king size waterbed (the owner says it's the best thing ever for a bad back!). A chef's kitchen filled to the brim with like new small appliances and tools, and a garage and garden shed full of tools, a grill, and garden art and other items. Sorry, all patio furniture has been sold with the house and is not available for sale.
