*NUMBERS will be given out at 8:00 am (or when we arrive) on Friday for entry by number at 10:00. Numbers are never required, but those with a number will enter first.

*PAYMENT: CASH IS ALWAYS PREFERRED, but we accept all credit cards with a 3% fee: VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. No
credit cards for purchases less than $25 please.

* PRICES are firm, but feel free to make a reasonable OFFER/S. We are happy to provide additional information on specific items, just send an email or text
with your question/s. We'll do our best to respond! PLEASE READ all terms and conditions for answers to many of your questions.

* MOVING/LOADING Please bring help to load your purchases, or we can recommend local movers. WE CANNOT MOVE/LOAD YOUR LARGE ITEMS!

*SHIPMENT: We will sell and ship to out of town buyers, but not before the sale opens. Once purchase/s is confirmed your item/s will be delivered to
The UPS Store here in Santa Fe (or you may pick it up here in Santa Fe by appointment). The UPS Store will proactively contact you to arrange packing,
shipping and insurance. IT WILL TAKE A FEW DAYS! They offer UPS, and USPS for most parcels. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all fees associated

We hope you'll come see us at this beautiful large home in the Tessera neighborhood of Santa Fe, just off 599 next to Aldea. There are many original art pieces, lots of vintage Native American, Mid-C and costume jewelry, nice contemporary and antique furnishings (including lots of Persian rugs), a room full of vintage toys, Asian pieces, a beautiful Kawai upright piano, clothing, electronics and cameras, CDs, DVDs, puzzles and games, exercise equipment, a garage full of tools and camping equipment, and enough high end kitchen, garden/patio items to furnish several homes.
