*NUMBERS will be given out at 8:00 am (or when we arrive) on Friday for entry by number at 10:00. Numbers are never required, but those with a number will enter first. Admission may be limited!

*PAYMENT: CASH IS ALWAYS PREFERRED, but we accept all credit cards with a 3% fee: VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. No credit cards for purchases less than $25 please.

* PRICES are firm, but feel free to make a reasonable OFFER/S. We are happy to provide additional information on specific items, just send an email or text with your question/s. We'll do our best to respond when possible! PLEASE READ all terms and conditions prior to contact for answers to many of your questions.

* MOVING/LOADING WE CANNOT MOVE/LOAD YOUR PURCHASES!! Please bring help to load and move, or ask us for the names of movers for hire.

*SHIPMENT: We will sell and ship to out of town buyers, but not before the sale opens. We are open to offers on Saturday and Sunday. Once purchase/s is confirmed your item/s will be delivered to The UPS Store here in Santa Fe (or you may pick it up here in Santa Fe by appointment). The UPS Store will proactively contact you to arrange packing, shipping and insurance. IT WILL TAKE A FEW DAYS! They offer UPS, and USPS for most parcels. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay all fees associated
with shipping, packing, and insurance. For shipping questions please contact The UPS Store directly at 505- 982-0974.

This beautiful Eldorado home is filled with the furnishings and collections of an artist/weaver/crafter and her husband, who have downsized to a new home in town. The sale includes great vintage MCM furniture as well as many newer pieces, lots of weavings - Navajo, Oaxacan and a spectacular Peter Collingwood rug, Native American and folk art collectibles, jewelry, books and cameras, clothing and accessories, and lots of good household and garden items.

Please remember that we are unable to help move/load your large purchases.  We are happy to recommend local movers.
