The owner has long cherished her years in Santa Fe and the wonderful community she found here. Recently, she made the decision to relocate to Colorado to be closer to her children and grandchildren and to enjoy this next chapter of life surrounded by family.

Her departure is a significant loss for the Eldorado community and especially for the local school, where she dedicated herself to teaching and caring for her students. She brought enthusiasm, kindness, and a genuine love of learning to the classroom, leaving a lasting impression on many young lives.

Together, she and her husband shared a passion for the outdoors, spending countless hours hiking the trails of Northern New Mexico. They were also enthusiastic collectors, gathering unique rocks, minerals, and 1950s-era arrowheads during their many adventures. Their collections, along with a lifetime of carefully chosen treasures and distinctive décor, reflect a life well lived and are now available for others to enjoy and appreciate.

Entry Information:

To ensure an orderly opening, entry numbers will be distributed 60, 30, and 15 minutes prior to opening. We encourage early arrival if you would like to secure a place in line. After receiving a number, guests are welcome to relax in their vehicles or visit a nearby café until the doors open at 10:00 a.m. Admission will begin in numerical order.

All purchases must be removed by Saturday at 3:00 p.m. Buyers are responsible for arranging transportation for large items. The Estate Sales with Grace team is happy to assist with smaller purchases but cannot move large furniture pieces.
