Cash, Venmo, VISA, and Mastercard accepted.
Venmo or ATM & Credit Cards with an additional 3% fee
NO BAGS, PURSE or BACKPACKS permitted.
ESWG will provide shopping baskets for each and every shopper. You will be asked to take your bag, purse, or backpack to your car.
Please be respectful of other shoppers and the neighborhood. All items must be removed by Saturday, October 24th at 3:00.
Buyers are responsible for arranging transportation for their purchases. We will have movers on stand-by waiting for you to call.
The Crew is UNABLE TO MOVE large items. We will have movers on- call to assist you.
ALL SALES are FINAL and NOT RETURNABLE.

After a few weeks of rest, we’re back and ready to go! We have four more extraordinary estate sales planned before we close out 2026. You won’t want to miss a single one! Mark your calendars, bring your friends, and get ready to discover beautiful treasures, unexpected finds, and one-of-a-kind pieces waiting for their next home. The best treasures never wait—come early, explore, and find something you’ll love!
This weekend, we are opening the doors early to a lovely home in Rancho Viejo for a ONE-DAY ESTATE SALE on Saturday, October 24th, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are certain you will discover a treasure or two!
After a successful and meaningful career as a psychotherapist in Santa Fe, the homeowner is returning to Massachusetts to be closer to her family. Her compassionate work with individuals and groups, particularly in the field of trauma, has touched many lives, and her contributions to our community will certainly be missed.
Her beautiful home reflects a life rich in curiosity, creativity, and a genuine appreciation for people. Her interests in crafting, spirituality and religious traditions, psychology, and the human experience are woven throughout her thoughtfully collected possessions. Every room offers something interesting, personal, and special.

We have also added a small collection of beautiful retablos from a private owner in Austin, Texas that are well worth seeing!

ESWG will provide a shopping basket for every shopper.
Bags, purses, and backpacks are not permitted inside the sale.
You will be asked to return these items to your vehicle or leave them at the front table while you shop. Please note that ESWG is not responsible for the contents in any bag, purse, or backpack left in our care. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
