The sale date and hour is : SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2015. 9 AM TO 4 PM NO EARLY BIRDS

Sale will be conducted on a "first come, first serve basis". No price quotes given via phone or email. Sale will be conducted RAIN or SHINE.

This estate sale will be a CASH ONLY sale. All Items priced to Sell.

All Sales Are Final. All Items are sold "AS IS", "WHERE IS", with all faults, imperfections, etc. All merchandise is sold without warranty of any kind including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular use. The immediately preceding statement supersedes any other statements, whether verbal or written and whether such statements were made prior to or after the issuance of this ad. Please inspect all items carefully before you make your purchase. There will be no returns or exchanges accepted or refunds made.

No large purses, backpacks, bags, etc. will be allowed into the home. If you bring in a bag, we reserve the right to inspect it.

All shoppers and those accompanying them absolutely waive and agree to hold Seller harmless from any liability for any injury or damages.

This estate sale is in a private multi level home. YOU ARE ENTERING THE PREMISES AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are not responsible for any injury or liability that may occur during the estate sale. We reserve the right to refuse business to any person for any reason.

The house is located at the apex of a curved street. Please do not block neighbor's driveways or mailboxes.

If you are planning to purchase furniture, bring your muscle as well as your own dolly or ramp, etc. to facilitate moving it to your vehicle. We cannot assist you in removing large items and it can only be done at closing time.
