No large bags, purses or boxes are allowed into the estate sale. We will have plastic bags available for your purchases.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. (All credit card purchases must have proper ID, and are at the discretion of management). Cash is welcome too.

We're a state licensed company, and are required to collect Nevada sales tax, (currently 8.25%).

If you purchase large ticket items, be sure to bring help to move and load your purchases. Don't forget to bring the necessary materials and/or tools to secure your merchandise. Our staff is not responsible for moving or loading your purchases. If they agree to assist please be thoughtful.

Merchandise purchased at the sale "must" be removed before the end of sale.

This is the second and final weekend for this beautiful estate sale in Henderson. Come by and help us liquidate some lovely furniture and home decor. This couple is moving to Rome, Italy, so everything must go!!!

We will be bringing out new merchandise from the 2 garages. These items were not seen the first weekend of the sale so be sure to come by and check it out.

**Please note - there will be “No 50% Reductions,” until the final day of the sale. However, we will be negotiating prices on Friday.

We will be limiting the number of people entering the property for safety reasons, so please bring your patience. It's hot out there, so bring an umbrella to help stay cool while waiting in line. We will be providing bottled water to help our customers stay hydrated.
