This current estate sale is located the Sun City Anthem Community in Henderson.   We’re again looking forward to seeing many current friends and new customers on Friday & Saturday, October 7^th & 8^th .  This sale runs from 8 AM - 3 PM at 2166 Sawtooth Mountain Drive, Henderson 89044 … NO EARLY BIRDS PLEASE … PRICES ARE NOT DISCLOSED PRIOR TO THE SALE. A nearby key intersection within the community is Anthem Parkway and Hampton Road. Further specific directions, a street map and our NBES Terms & Conditions are provided herein. Descriptive samples of this home’s offerings along with 81 photos are also included.  All of these rooms plus the patio and garage will be open, and many items await your personal hands-on review.  We hope to see you this weekend.

Right now, let’s take a quick tour through the photo set.

► This is one of the most exquisite entertainment centers, I have seen. The bridge allows for expansion and the pieces can be separated. It is housing a 46” Sony Bravia LCD, 1080p HD TV.

► Talk about comfort….this mahogany color soft leather recliner with brass nail heads is just what the doctor ordered.  Matching is the three- cushion sofa, equally as comfortable and both are in very good condition.

.

► Are you in need of a nice area rug? This one is in shades of burgundy and a soft beige color with a very nice floral design.

.

► Power rocker recliner has a power cord. This features one touch hand power control with adjustable conditions.

.

► Geometric patterns are so interesting, and this one is no exception. The print is done in a burgundy/red, cream, brown and beige on a taupe background. The chair and ottoman are both in excellent condition.

.

► Sofa tables are so nice either behind a sofa or just up against a wall. This lovely piece has a beveled glass top and has plenty of space to show off your family photos, floral arrangements, knick-knacks or whatever.

.

► Snack tables are always necessary pieces of furniture,  especially if you like to nibble while watching television. A very nice marble-like top is recessed in this unusual oak piece.

.

► Everyone likes pretty angels, and this one is just that.   It is a great decorator piece for the holidays or year round. Another nice piece is this train engine.

.

► Paintings are great for decorating any room in your home, and this home offers some real beauties. Other nice accents to be used around the home are flowers. There are several very attractive floral arrangements throughout this home.

.

► A white cabinet with an oak top and oak drawer handles is a terrific extra piece for your kitchen. It will hold a microwave oven or a large toaster oven very nicely. There is one drawer and a cabinet below for storage.

.

► Oak is such a warm wood, and this set is so appealing. The oval table with ball and claw feet has an extra leaf to expand your dining space. There are also six beautiful chairs with this set.

.

► In the kitchen you will find an assortment of wonderful appliances, Pyrex, Corning Ware, Pampered Chef, Cuisinart and much more.

.

► For an entry or hallway, this white, brown and grey marble ½-circle round table with a very attractive black iron base, would be perfect.

.

► Once again, the oak wood is a very warm, comforting wood. The bed and footboard shown with the three-drawer nightstand (there are two) are in excellent condition, and would be ideal for a guest room or smaller bedroom.  The two drawer oak file cabinet can be used anywhere and compliments all the oak shown throughout the house. 

.

► My favorite piece is the gorgeous maple dresser from the early 1960’s. There are four drawers and two cabinets.  This piece would be great to use as a dresser, buffet, side table or front hall table.  This dresser is fabulous.

.

► The second flat screen is a 32” Sony Bravia LCD HD TV.

.

► There is an assortment of men’s large size clothing. ….slacks, shorts, t-shirts, short-sleeve shirts, shoes, ties and more.

.

► If you are a reader, there are many books shown on this 8’ tall oak bookcase with seven shelves.

.

► There are charming accessories for the bathroom. Great if you are doing a beach theme.

.

► Another geometrical design in the same colors as described before but in a little different pattern enhances this recliner. Use it in any room in the house. Works well as a great accent piece. This home features many comfortable chairs and recliners. Another one is the large, very cushy chair and an oversized round ottoman, which can also be used as a table.

.

► The garage is just for the guys featuring this steel Craftsman workbench incorporating five drawers for tools and a large working area on top.  There is also a Bosch circular saw.

.

► The cushioned bench is a great place to sit down and take off your shoes to store underneath or use as a place to store toys, crafts, books, etc.

.

► For those of you with pets, we have plenty of gates, pens, dog beds, water/food bowls and much more.

.

► Stereo equipment includes a Sony Blu-ray DVD player, a Toshiba DVD player, a dual Go Video DVD Recorder-VCR Recorder, and a Sony portable CD player with headset. There is also a very nice glass top TV stand shown in the picture.

► In the back yard, there is an extremely well made, solid red wood picnic bench.  This one should last for years. A very nice Weber grill that takes up little space would be ideal for any patio including an apartment patio. You will also see a very nice round, bistro type table with two comfortable chairs.

► You will also find many items including baskets, an ironing board with irons, fans, a Simplicity vacuum cleaner, a ladder, shredder, screen divider, office chair and much more.
