All Sales are Final. Items are sold in "As Is" condition with No Refunds, so please check all purchases carefully. Mandatory Nevada sales tax (8.25%) applies to all purchases, unless a valid resale certification is presented at time of sale. Cash is preferred; credit cards are accepted over $50.00 or checks under $200.00. Buyers are personally responsible for removing and transporting all purchased items from estate sale premises; NBES STAFF WILL NOT ASSIST WITH MOVING ITEMS TO YOUR CAR. Outside moving service may be arranged for extra large/heavy items to your residence for a fee, which is strictly between the buyer and the mover based on distance, weight, and load size. NBES is not responsible for any accidents during the sale or while loading/moving items.

This sale is located in a lovely home in the Solera Community in Henderson. We’re again looking forward to seeing many current friends and new customers on Friday & Saturday, December 8^th and 9^th. This sale runs from 8 AM - 3 PM at 2345 Hydrus Ave, Henderson 89044. NO EARLY BIRDS PLEASE … PRICES ARE NOT DISCLOSED PRIOR TO THE SALE. A nearby key intersection within the community is Anthem Pkwy. and Solera Moon Dr. Further specific directions, a street map and our NBES Terms & Conditions are provided herein. Descriptive samples of this home’s offerings along with 97 photos are also included. Please be sure you are holding the hands of all children as there are many breakable items. You know my policy…..”if you break it, you bought it!” We request that all large purses and bags be left in your automobile - shopping baskets are provided for your use during the sale.
