We accept cash and credit cards. WE DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA TO USE YOUR CREDIT CARD. There is a $5.00 minimum on all credit cards.
All items Sold (AS-IS) NO Returns or Refunds. All sales are final.

ABSOLUTELY NO LARGE HANDBAGS ALLOWED in the Home. Please leave them in your car. Total SECURITY will be in the HOUSE.

Please bring help to load large items.
All items must be picked up one hour before the close of the sale unless arrangements made with owner of home. We are not responsible for slips, falls or injuries inside or outside the home. No large handbags allowed.

A large, but limited supply of boxes and wrapping material will be provided.

No early birds!
SECURITY will be present at the front door and all that purchase must present a receipt when exiting.

Door will open promptly at 7:30 AM.
No lifting, moving, or transportation will be included in the purchase of the items we sell!!
