All Sales are Final. Items are sold in "As Is" condition with No Refunds, so please check all purchases carefully. Mandatory Nevada sales tax (8.25%) applies to all purchases, unless a valid resale certification is presented at time of sale. Cash is preferred; credit cards are accepted over $50.00 or checks under $200.00. Buyers are personally responsible for removing and transporting all purchased items from estate sale premises; NBES STAFF WILL NOT ASSIST WITH MOVING ITEMS TO YOUR CAR. Outside moving service may be arranged for extra large/heavy items to your residence for a fee, which is strictly between the buyer and the mover based on distance, weight, and load size. NBES is not responsible for any accidents during the sale or while loading/moving items.

This will be our last sale of the year, and it’s not to be missed!  We have brand new furniture, lots of china and items to brighten your holiday table, and a lot of great finds from all over the world.  The sale is located in Sun City Anthem.  We’re looking forward to seeing many current friends and new customers at:
