A NEW BEGINNINGS ESTATE SALE (NBES)

This estate sale is located within the Pinnacle Village of the Sun City Anthem community in Henderson.  We’re looking forward to seeing many current NBES friends and new customers on Friday & Saturday, February 19^th and 20^th. This sale runs from 8 AM - 3 PM at 2335 Fayetteville Ave, Henderson 89052.  No Early Birds Please. Prices are not disclosed prior to the sale. A nearby key intersection within the community is Anthem Parkway & Tony Curtis Drive.

Descriptive samples of this home’s offerings with 99 photos are included herein. An additional variety of items await your personal hands-on review.

·       You are entering a home with some of the most beautiful, signed lithographs done by amazing artists. These artists include Fanch Ledon, Weyland, Lasson, Itzhak Tarkay, Patricia Govinsky, Dorit and Guy Buffet. The colors in each of these are so vibrant, the frames are gorgeous and the art just draws you in.

·      If it is collectibles you will be inspired by these; come see this beautiful collection of Swarovski Crystal. These pieces are breathtaking and there are so many to choose from.

.

·      Amongst the collectibles to be seen in this home are Red Hat Ladies’ “Hot Teas” which are so whimsical, and there are many pins, hats, scarves, bags and other items that are so loved by the Red Hat Ladies.

.

·      Betty Boop, another delightful collectible. Dolls, wall art, purses, etc are here for those of you who just love Betty!

.

·      Gorgeous glass penguins and fish are featured by artist, Morano.

.

·      There is a beautiful lithograph, as well as a glass piece, created by Weyland. Both pieces are just amazing.

·      A really fun collection is the die cast metal cars and trucks. Too, too cute!

·      There is a lovely dining room table with a leaf and four chairs, two extra chairs in a different design. And if you would like, 2 retro type bar stools (not shown).

·      If it is comfort you are looking for, you will find it here with a hunter green leather  sofa, four recliners, oversized desk chairs and a futon.

·      Are you in need of curio cabinets or book cases, we have a collection here.

·      Bedroom furniture, lamps, coffee tables, cedar chests, desks and desk chairs are all here. Many new blankets, still wrapped.

·      If it is a scooter you need, we have three. All are in beautiful condition.

·      For the movie buffs, we have hundreds of DVD’s, and for the music lovers we have hundreds of CD’s.

·      Lap top computers, tablets, kindles, a 50” Panasonic flat screen and other electronics can be found here.

·      For the Ladies of size, you are going to see the most beautiful, tops, dresses and  lounge type clothing found on cruise ships.

·      There are numerous “brand new” sweat pants and sweat shirts, pant outfits, tees, bras and underwear.  Sizes range from 3x-5x. You will also find size 10 shoes “brand new” still in boxes, purses, new and gently used, everything is really lovely. This lady had excellent fashion sense.

·      For the lover of beautiful photography, we have some framed pictures that would be suitable for any décor.

·      Nautical items are available, great for dads and guys who like the sea.

·      For your valuables we have a small safe for home or office.

.

·      Many boxed and gently used small appliances, cook books, dishes, pots and pans have taken over the kitchen.

·      If it is a refrigerator you are needing, this 18 cu. ft. is spotless and can be used in your kitchen or garage.

·      Speaking of the garage, we have it all….paper products, ladders, tools, iron and ironing board, mops, brooms, commercial bucket, luggage, luggage and more luggage, cameras, tripods, even terrific movie posters. If you need or want something, it is probably at this sale.
