Mandatory Nevada sales tax (8.25%) applies to all purchases unless a valid resale certification is presented at time of sale. Cash is preferred; credit cards are accepted over $50.00, or checks under $200.00. Buyers are personally responsible for removing and transporting all purchased items from estate sale premises. Outside moving service may be arranged for extra large/heavy items to your residence for a fee, which is strictly between the buyer and the mover based on distance, weight, and load size. We’re again looking forward to seeing many current friends and new customers on Friday & Saturday, June 23rd and 24th. This sale runs from 8 AM - 3 PM at 1804 Baton Rouge, Henderson 89052 … NO EARLY BIRDS PLEASE … PRICES ARE NOT DISCLOSED PRIOR TO THE SALE. A nearby key intersection within the community is Sun City Anthem Drive and Scotts Valley Drive. Further specific directions, a street map and our NBES Terms & Conditions are provided herein. Descriptive samples of this home’s offerings along with 86 photos are also included. Please be sure you are holding the hands of all children as there are many breakable items.
