All Sales are Final. Items are sold in "As Is" condition with No Refunds, so please check all purchases carefully. Mandatory Nevada sales tax (8.25%) applies to all purchases, unless a valid resale certification is presented at time of sale. Cash is preferred; credit cards are accepted over $50.00 or checks under $200.00. Buyers are personally responsible for removing and transporting all purchased items from estate sale premises; NBES STAFF WILL NOT ASSIST WITH MOVING ITEMS TO YOUR CAR. Outside moving service may be arranged for extra large/heavy items to your residence for a fee, which is strictly between the buyer and the mover based on distance, weight, and load size. NBES is not responsible for any accidents during the sale or while loading/moving items.

We still have lots of fine items available, so we are opening up one more day for our Anthem Country Club by-appointment-only Private Event!  1 DAY ONLY!  MONDAY, JULY 8TH FROM 8AM TO 1PM.  PRICES WILL BE REDUCED!   Serious buyers only for this sale! 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ATTENDING - PLEASE READ!

You MUST email New Beginnings at nbes117@yahoo.com  in advance to attend.  We need your emails as soon as possible, but no later than Sunday July 7th by noon, so that we can provide your name(s) to the guard gate.  No phone calls or texts will be answered.

In your email, please include the first and last names of all who will be attending.   Driver's  name must match photo ID. 

To gain entrance, the driver of vehicle must be prepared to present photo ID at the guard gate, and you must state that you are attending the private event at the Stafford Residence, 19 Chalet Hills Terrace.  Please do not state that you are attending an Estate Sale; this is considered a private event.

PARKING:  All attendees must park on the non-sidewalk side of the street.  Please do not block driveways. 

SPEED LIMIT:   You must adhere to the Anthem Country Club Speed Limit of 25 MPH or you WILL receive a citation!  

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS, YOU WILL NOT BE ADMITTED, AS WE MUST ADHERE TO THE COUNTRY CLUB RULES.

DIRECTIONS TO THE SALE:  From Interstate 215 (beltway), exit Eastern Avenue South and proceed approximately 3.2 miles. At the Anthem fork, (see overhead signs), stay in the left two lanes onto Anthem Parkway and continue up the hill.  Turn Left at Anthem Club Dr. and stay in the far left lane.  Approach the Guard Gate and follow instructions.   Drive 25 MPH within the community!
