All Sales are Final. Items are sold in "As Is" condition with No Refunds, so please check all purchases carefully. Mandatory Nevada sales tax (8.25%) applies to all purchases, unless a valid resale certification is presented at time of sale. Cash is preferred; credit cards are accepted over $50.00 or checks under $200.00. Buyers are personally responsible for removing and transporting all purchased items from estate sale premises; NBES STAFF WILL NOT ASSIST WITH MOVING ITEMS TO YOUR CAR. Outside moving service may be arranged for extra large/heavy items to your residence for a fee, which is strictly between the buyer and the mover based on distance, weight, and load size. NBES is not responsible for any accidents during the sale or while loading/moving items.

Description & Details

We continue to be responsible and follow the CDC and Nevada requirements for cleaning and social distancing for our sales.  All Customers MUST wear a mask or face shield.  Our staff will be wearing them as well.  Only 15 shoppers will be allowed inside at a time.   We ask that you maintain social distance by keeping at least 6 ft. between each person, both while shopping and waiting to enter the sale.  Hand sanitizer will be available inside the sale.  The items for sale will be sanitized, and we will sanitize frequently touched areas every hour.   

This estate sale is in Sun City Anthem.  We’re looking forward to seeing many current friends and new customers at:

Friday and Saturday, July 10-11, from 8 AM to 3 PM

A nearby key intersection within the community is Sun City Anthem Dr. and S. Eastern Ave.   Further specific directions, a street map and our NBES Terms & Conditions are provided herein along with photos and descriptive samples of this home's offerings.

WARNING:  PARKING IS NOT ALLOWED ON SUN CITY ANTHEM DRIVE !
