Relax in Luxury

We follow the CDC and Nevada guidelines for cleaning and social distancing.  Our staff will wear masks, and all customers MUST wear a mask.  Only 12 shoppers will be allowed inside at a time.   We ask that you maintain social distance by keeping at least 6 ft. between each person, both while shopping and waiting to enter the sale.  Hand sanitizer will be available inside the sale. 

All Sales are Final. Items are sold in "As Is" condition with No Refunds, so please check all purchases carefully. Mandatory Nevada sales tax (8.375%) applies to all purchases, unless a valid resale certification is presented at time of sale. Cash is preferred; credit cards are accepted over $50.00 or checks under $200.00. Buyers are personally responsible for removing and transporting all purchased items from estate sale premises; NBES STAFF WILL NOT ASSIST WITH MOVING ITEMS TO YOUR CAR. Outside moving service may be arranged for extra large/heavy items to your residence for a fee, which is strictly between the buyer and the mover based on distance, weight, and load size. NBES is not responsible for any accidents during the sale or while loading/moving items.
