Cash is preferred; credit cards are accepted over $50.00 or checks under $200.00. Buyers are personally responsible for removing and transporting all purchased items from estate sale premises; NBES STAFF CANNOT ASSIST WITH MOVING ITEMS TO YOUR CAR. Outside moving service may be arranged for extra large/heavy items to your residence for a fee, which is strictly between the buyer and the mover based on distance, weight, and load size. NBES is not responsible for any accidents during the sale or while loading/moving items.
