Hi,

As always, I am looking forward to seeing my NBES friends and new customers on Saturday and Sunday, March 21st and 23nd. This estate sale runs from 8 AM - 3 PM. at 2837 Olivia Heights Ave. (Sun City Anthem), Henderson 89052. No early birds please.

You will be entering a large beautiful home with a casita, where all rooms are opened and filled with nearly new furnishings and a variety of accessories. A sample of the offered items is featured in the descriptions below and the attached pictures. Many more decorative pieces await your review on site.

This 2400 sq. ft. home and casita offer so many charming and unusual pieces and we would love to have you come by and take a look.

There are several chairs: a light tan leather recliner and an overstuffed creamy colored, oversized leather chair and ottoman. There is a pair of burgundy-red chairs with dark teak-wood arms and legs. You will see other chairs in different rooms around the house.

There is also a pair of Asian style, hexagonal shaped tables that are great for storage. There is another Asian style table with a copper lining.

One of my favorites is a black coffee table with a matching round table with one drawer. Each piece has a lower shelf. There is a cream colored leather chair with the same wood as the coffee table and the round table. All three pieces are very nice.

Featured around the house are very large artificial trees& artificial plants in lovely baskets, mirrors, large wooden bowls and floral displays.

A beautiful oval table is featured with a lift off tray for serving. This is a very unique piece which I doubt you will see elsewhere.

The dining room set has four upholstered chairs and a large, round beveled glass set on a beautiful granite top. If you love showing off pretty pieces, there is a very sturdy wrought iron étagère w/glass shelves.

Another beveled glass top table in the kitchen has a black wrought iron base and four upholstered chairs.

There are several dinner ware sets, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, Pyrex, bake ware and numerous small appliances such as wine chillers and coolers, a Keurig coffee pot, electric can opener, hand mixer, a blender, George Forman Grill, crock pots and much more.

There are two different television stands featuring storage shelves below. The Asian style table that will fit nicely in an entry or behind a sofa.

There are several pictures and a metal wall art as well as many decorative pieces, many with an Asian flair. Beautiful crystal glasses, wine decanters, bowls and vases are scattered about.

Two retro pieces (from the 60’s) are the table that expands and has an inlaid checker board top and also a tree tier end table.

The courtyard has a table with four chairs and you will see two cement dog statues. These will go fast to the animal lovers who come to our sales. One is a spaniel and the other is a retriever with a bird in his mouth. For the cat lovers out there, we also have some really nice cat pieces.

Two twin mattress sets are great for kids or a guest bedroom. There is also a very nice black dresser and other items in the casita.

There are numerous lamps, an office desk (separates in three pieces) along with a great, executive style upholstered desk chair, desk lamps, a computer screen, printer and a small shredder.

There is a very comfortable king size mattress & box spring and also in the master bedroom, a Thomasville double dresser w/matching night stand. At the foot of the bed is a beautiful Asian chest. The master bedroom also has a small dresser with an extended shelf on the top for a television set. This dresser has two matching, granite topped nightstands w/matching lamps. There a many comforters, sheet sets, towels, curtains with valances and table linens.

The back patio has a wrought iron table & four chairs. There is a natural gas grill with four main plus one side burners, a lounge with two matching chairs and patio items.

For the guys out there, we have quite a number of tools, shovel, fiberglass and aluminum ladders and many golf clubs, golf bag and accessories.
