NEW BEGINNINGS ESTATE SALE

Hi,

As always, I am looking forward to seeing my NBES friends and new customers on Saturday and Sunday, April 11th and April 12th. This sale runs from 8 AM - 3 PM. at 2660 Grand Forks Road, (Sun City Anthem), Henderson 89052. A nearby intersection is Hampton Road and Valley
Center Drive. No early birds please.

You will be entering a beautiful home, where the utmost care has been given to each piece of nearly new, attractive furnishings. Samples of the offered items are featured in the attached pictures. All rooms within this home will be open. So, many more decorative pieces await your review on site.

(1). A handsome electric fireplace in oak with a walnut finish is a delight in a living room or bedroom. Being of moderate size at 37” wide and 12” deep, it’s quite practical and adds a cozy touch.

(2). Two lemon colored love seats in excellent condition and quite comfortable.

(3). Rustic style, 3 piece entertainment center with four glass door cabinets, 78” H x 64” W x 24” D. Quite beautiful and practical

(4). Unique oriental watercolor by the famed artist, Chiu Weng.

(5). A comfortably upholstered, thin striped chair which is perfect to relax while reading, listening to music or watching TV.

(6). Various paintings and prints, small to large.

(7). Oak dining table with pads and six carved, spindle back chairs with rattan seats. A very nice set.

(8). Three counter height (26”) bar stools.

(9). A tall Ethen Allen china cabinet with four shelves behind wired glass doors and 3 drawers below, (34” x 78”).

(10). An oak buffet with a gorgeous, custom granite top. Plenty of storage in this unit which includes four drawers over four carved door cabinets.

(11). Light oak top table with white legs and four matching chairs, which would make a great dinette set.

(12). Two wrought iron chairs with a matching round table. Perfect for outdoor morning coffee or wine and cheese later in the day.

(13). Small dark walnut server with a beautiful oval mirror set in a rectangular frame, 43” x 20”.

(14). An American walnut six drawer dresser with six smaller lingerie drawers and a matching wall unit with storage, or this piece could even be used as a headboard for any size mattress, 62” x 19”.

(15). Solid American walnut triple 12 drawer dresser with brass handles, matching mirror, headboard and two night stands.

(16). Two twin size mattress bed sets and one queen size mattress bed set.

(17). Lamps, area rugs, plenty of bedding sets and towels.

(18). An attractive blue chair and ottoman. A small walnut occasional chair with a gold cushion.

(19). Oriental decorative pieces throughout the home, table liners, dinnerware sets, kitchen appliances and silverware.

(20). A beautiful dark walnut armoire. A large beveled mirror, 50” x 34”.

(21). A small, corner computer desk with two drawer file cabinet and an office chair. Also, there is a larger matching 2 drawer file cabinet with 2 glass doors on top. It’s very nice and ideal for a small office area.

(22). Four chrome steel storage units, each with five shelves. Great for a garage, 6’ x 4’ x 18”.

(23). Card table with four very nicely padded chairs; books, golf clubs and more. Pet supplies (dog & cat) including gates and kennel.
