Outside moving service can be arranged for large/heavy items to your residence for a fee, which is between the buyer and the mover based on distance, weight, and load size. This sale is in a client's private residence. Accordingly, NBES is not responsible for any accidents during the sale or while loading/moving items. New Beginnings Estate Sales (nbes)

This Estate Sale is a BIG one, which in both volume and quality of the home’s furnishings, is the type of presentation that we love to prepare and bring to you. We’re really excited and looking forward to seeing many current NBES friends and new customers on Saturday and Sunday, July 11^th & 12^th. This sale runs from 8 AM - 3 PM at 3013 Canton Hills Street, (Sun City Anthem), Henderson 89052. A nearby key intersection within the community is Scotts Valley Drive and Sun City Anthem Drive. A map is attached. No Early Birds Please.

You will be entering a beautiful 2,600 sq. ft. home, where much care has been given to the nearly new furniture, attractive complementary furnishings, lots of decorative art, eclectic and conversational items, books, kitchenware, as well as a loaded garage with finished cabinets for sale, plus handyman, utility and Xmas things. A partial sample of the home’s offerings is listed below with included photos. Additionally, many more neat items await your personal hands-on review.

♦ Highly unusual living room tables....wood with glass tops trimmed in brown leather. 40" square coffee table, two 22" x 28" end tables and a 52" x 18" sofa table all made by Lazy Boy.

♦ Lazy Boy sectional sofa in a beautiful golden brown fabric with a matching oversized chair and ottoman. Can be purchased individually. Very nice condition.

♦ Unusual dark wood oval dining table with one leaf, table pads and four upholstered chairs. Matching credenza, measure 92" x 21" x 34". Great looking pieces.

♦ Dark wood entry table with bottom shelf, 51" x 21" x 30". Can also be used in other areas.

♦ A truly beautiful piece is the Howard Miller cherry finish Grandfather clock. This is a real conversation piece in pristine, working condition and would look great, wherever it is displayed in your home.

♦ Talk about different....Thomasville (Ernest Hemingway collection) 18 drawer gentlemen's chest, 64" x 17" x 63" and two fabulous 40" x 17" x 42", three drawer night tables. This set is gorgeous.

♦ For your living or family room, a beautiful cherry wood entertainment center with plenty of storage and a large flat screen would fit in very nicely.

♦ Sterns and Foster king size mattress, box spring and frame. Lots of king size bedding and pillows.

There are folding chairs, beach sand chairs and Adirondack patio chairs, small tables, hoses, and an 8' Werner fiberglass ladder (like new).
