We accept Cash, Visa, MC, and Discover, no Checks, and we collect sales tax. All items sold as-is, where-is, with no warranty expressed or implied. All sales final, no returns or exchanges. Please inspect your new found treasures before you pay for them. Sale will open at 8 am and close at 1 pm both days. We reserve the right to limit entry into the home to ensure a more comfortable and safe sale for all. You will need to bring help to move the large items, no help is on site. All purchases must be removed from the house by 1 pm Sunday. If you break it, you bought it. We are not responsible for accidents.
