Please bring help to load large items.
All items must be picked up one hour before the close of the sale. We are not responsible for slips, falls or injuries inside or outside the home. Children must stay with parents at all times or they will be asked to leave. No large handbags allowed.
Plastic bags and news paper for wrapping will be provided.
No early birds!
SECURITY will be present at the front door and all that purchase must present a receipt when exiting.
Door will open promptly at 8:00 AM! No lifting, moving, or transportation will be included in the purchase of the items sold by estate sale team members!!
Receipts will be checked at the d oor.
Please bring your own tools, hand truck etc. to move
