This is a *CASH ONLY* sale. When purchasing large furniture, you must bring help to move items. If you purchase an item that is attached to a wall, such as a TV, you must be prepared to take it down yourself, as I have no way of doing it for you. Please be very careful as you walk through this home, as it’s very large, and there are stairs throughout. Thank you.

This beautiful home is very large, and full of lots of beautiful high end items. Everything must go. It’s by appointment only, as it's in a guard gated community. Everything is negotiable, as we need to liquidate it all by the end of October.
