All Sales are final “AS-IS”. We are a business, so sales taxes are collected. Cash preferred, credit cards accepted with $50 minimum purchase, checks are not accepted. Please bring help to load your purchases. All purchases must be removed from the house at time of sale. No large bags allowed inside the house at any time. At the request of the homeowners children will not be allowed inside at any time. No public restrooms. We may have to limit the number of people in the home at any time. We are not responsible for any accidents, slips or falls and are entering at your own risk.

UPDATE 6/21/17
This is the last update, any further information will be answered at the time of sale. Additional items that will be for sale are a large collection of vintage cameras, multiple brand names along with additional lenses and components. Also, the mid-century furniture we have for sale is in excellent condition. Name brands are Clausen & Son Made In Demark and Broyhill Brasilia. There are also several vintage caculaters, fishing equipment, Christmas decorations, tools, records and more.

Making progress on the sale which is coming together well. Unfortunately, the vehicle will not be for sale. On the upside, we have some fantastic furniture for sale like Brasilia Broyhill all pieces in excellent condition. Lots of smalls, household items and more. We will update and add more pictures soon.

Hello, everyone
We got a fantastic sale for your shopping pleasure. Super packed house with a great mix of everything. Of course starting with the best collectibles, some antiques, medical bed never used lots of tools, great leather couch and love seat, beautiful bedroom sets as well. These pictures are pre-set up so there will be more pictures to come. There may be a beautiful 79 Cutlass Olds for sale. We'll let you know if it will be available for sale soon.
