#4191 - In Home Estate Auction - Vital Crest St.

Loadout: Items must be picked up on the day specified for loadout. If items are not picked up, items will be transferred to our warehouse and a transfer fee will be added. You will receive an email with location and dates for when/where you can pickup your items. If items are not picked up from our warehouse after transfer, a 35% relisting fee will be added and item(s) forfeited.

Address: Per our contract, address will not be disclosed on our website. Address for loadout will be given on your invoice after you have won the item and the auction has closed. The zip code will be provided for general vicinity of auction location.

Transfers: The minimum for a transfer fee is $10.00 with no maximum. Transfer fees will not be removed. Transfer fee’s help with the expense of the transfer from an offsite location to our warehouse. The transfer fee will depend on size, weight, and fragility of the item. To avoid a transfer fee, we ask item(s) are picked up on the day and times specified for loadout. Once transferred, you will only have up to 3 days to pick up. 

Payment: Will need to be done on the day specified for loadout and proof of payment will need to be available either on a printed invoice or by phone. Card on file will be charged once transfer fee has been added.
